What counts as an API call?
Every tool execution from your assistant counts as one call. For example, if Claude calls `list_stories` and then `update_story`, that's 2 calls. Metadata requests (like checking your user profile) are free.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. If you upgrade, the change is instant and prorated. If you downgrade, it takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. You can manage this directly in the dashboard.
What happens if I hit my limit?
On Free and Starter plans, requests are paused until the next month. On Pro and Enterprise, we'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100%. You can enable auto-scaling overage or set a hard cap.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! All paid plans offer a 17% discount (2 months free) when billed annually. Select annual billing at checkout.
